I keep thinking about the process of creation of the recent works. It seems they have appeared as a result of a period of accepting… they observe life as if they penetrated more deeply into it… I keep working and reworking on all the works repeatedly, and after each performance I feel they have matured more and kept talking to me more and more. I keep working unhurriedly and very peacefully. The unconscious is operative again, yet I know no other way. My mind leads me while working. A stain or an image may look more efficient from the others gradually influencing the whole, and reshaping in its own way, then another image raises its voice and this mode continues in this way until I say it is finished…
I recall my feeling I had while working on my old designs. Some surreal places, as in the fantastic stories, appear, very human contradictions, fears… Human being who both destroys and builds, who harbours both the night and the day…who can create both her/his own paradise and hell…who are born into the hell the others have created and yet who can break its doors and get out of it, or remain in it and burn forever… Human being…who is both wretched and sublime… who is an eternal and unbounded being… For the first time I have felt ridiculous writing about the process of exhibition… Only the works should be discussed… whatever they mean to say, that’s all…
